Even in the business world, the need for "soul" days is seen as a means of countering excessive stress and the pressures of executive management, and spirituality can also make a difference to the values of a company and the way it functions. Members of religious congregations seeking to prepare themselves for formation ministry or renewal work will also be interested in this programme.
